We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Return & Refund Policy

Only products which have manufacturing defects or are incorrectly shipped or are damaged, would be eligible for either a refund or a return. All such claims must be reported to us on the date of the delivery with supporting photos/video of the incident via email at:

Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of any preservatives. To keeps things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly contact us via email.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. Symetry Aesthetics is not responsible for any damages post-delivery/confirming receipt of your order via the delivery agency.
Please allow 10 days from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This policy applies to procurement (Australia). This policy is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. After placing an order in our store , please read carefully:

Shipping Policy:

All of our parcels are despatched via Australia Post’s extensive network ensuring prompt delivery with tracking ID’s. Approximately 1-2 business days Monday through Friday for ground processing.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

You have the option of selecting Standard Shipping for your order. Our orders will be collected by Australia Post from our warehouse and will be delivered to your nominated address. For the Sydney metropolitan area, delivery takes up to two days and five- Seven days for the rest of Australia.

Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

Need fast delivery? Then you have the option of selecting Express Shipping for your order. The Australia Post Overnight Express service will deliver to where you are within Australia. Express shipping customers generally receive their order the next business day for all postcodes in the Australia Post Overnight Express network (80% of Australia), and fastest possible delivery to all other areas. It is advisable to check on the Australia Post’s website as to whether your address falls within the next day delivery area.

Address Modification
If you have received tracking information via e-mail, I am sorry it is not possible to change your shipping address. If you do not receive a tracking number, we will make every effort to change it for you, but we cannot guarantee that changes will always be made. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you must pay separately.

Cancel Order
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we may accept the cancellation at any time prior to the shipment of your order. We cannot cancel an order once it has been delivered.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped and the shipping company has generated a tracking number, you can receive tracking information by email.
You can also check your order delivery information via our tracking page.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please carefully inspect all items upon receipt. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, all you have to do is send an email and destroy the photos within 15 days from the date of shipment. Any damaged or missing items reported after 15 days will not be refunded. Please do not throw away any packaging or product until all shipping issues are resolved. Send us an e-mail to so that we can solve the problem together with you.
